Vamonos and let´s move on dear readers and friends! Here we go with another part of our series “Rethink for Success.“ In this series I’m discussing with you some thoughts and quotes of a stimulating business book. Its title is not being revealed for the time being. We strip it down to its bare words and meaning without being distracted by its title and the names of its authors.
IN A PREVIOUS ARTICLE I PRSENTED THE FOLLOW IDEAS & ADVICES
Make a Difference: Don´t imitate, since you want your customers say, „This makes my life better.“ Stripped Down Advice: What you do is your legacy.
Make something You want to use: The easiest, most straightforward way to create a great product is to make something You want to use. Stripped Down Advise: Do what you need and what you like most.
TIME TO MOVE ON WITH TODAY’S THOUGHTS & TIPS
Start making something
Ideas are cheap and plentiful. The original pitch idea is such a small part of a business that it´s almost negligible. What you do is what matters, not what you think or say or plan. The most important thing is to begin. And then how well you execute.
No time is no excuse
The most common excuse people give: “There´s not enough time.“ When you want something bad enough, you make the time – regardless of your other obligations. The truth is most people just don´t want it bad enough. Then they protect their ego with the excuse of time. Don´t let yourself off the hook with excuses. It´s entirely your responsibility to make your dreams come true.
What do you think?
Best regards,
Andreas von der Heydt
