Since the very first known so-called civilization in Sumeria, governments have invented potent and coercive tools to keep lulus in line. Out of these, the monopoly on the issuance of money is probably the most powerful, which ultimately leads to first, i.e., trust in worthless pieces of paper, backed by nothing except the highly unreliable government guarantee and coercive legal tender laws. Just like Everything else that a government does, they must point a gun at your head to make you obey. Power to print money is the power to control. Since the government is the source of worthless pieces of paper, it essentially has an unlimited supply of money, especially if its currency is the reserve currency of the world.
With the power to print like the USA, a government can wage unlimited wars that may go on forever and use costly weapons without worrying about running out of money, just by billing the consumers with inflation resulting from the highly increased supply of money. They can buy large sums of votes by promising free stuff, again, with the help of inflationary monetary policies by printing large amounts of money. They can buy big corporations by passing expensive crony regulations. They can provide carrots to the corporate media by spending this fiat money on advertising, as well. They can control academia, research, and development with the help of grants funded by the same inflationary fiat printing.
Yet, the government can control pretty much every influential segment of society with this money printed out of thin air. Together, politicians, bureaucracy, academia, crony banks, corporations, and corporate media can generate any false narrative, like lockdowns, war on terror, war on drugs, bans on prostitution, Pearl Harbor, and the Gulf of Tonkin. David Icke calls it problem, reaction, solution. They manufacture a problem, generate a reaction in public, and then present and enforce a prefabricated coercive plan that increases the government’s reach and control. These so-called emergency measures, even if ever rolled back, are never rolled back completely. The Patriot Act and the Espionage Act are great examples among many.
These forgotten, highly coercive laws are a valuable tool in shutting down all dissent. Technically speaking, most of these laws are unconstitutional and violate the natural birth rights of all individuals, and the so-called Supreme Court is supposed to be a protection against these laws. Still, the Supreme Court is also a branch of the government. The judges are nominated by the president and approved by the Senate. So, they always make sure that the Supreme Court never gets too individualistic and freedom-loving, and remains an essential political arm. The only debate in Washington in this regard is which party must have better control.
Religions used to call it shunning. An atheistic secular state calls it cancel culture. Essentially, both are the same thing, with different and deceptive terminologies. If you dare to disagree with any of the components of this power structure, you must be shunned or canceled. Natural rights, constitutional supremacy of law suddenly go out the window, and the whole power structure gangs up on you. Murder, financial and economic destruction, loss of reputation, threats of violence against the individuals and families, property damage, nothing is off the table at that point. They charged Julian Assange and Edward Snowden under the Espionage Act, a World War I law. The stated purpose of the law was to stop espionage during World War I.
RNA technology made the COVID-19 vaccine possible. Its inventor, Dr. Robert Malone, was suddenly framed by everyone in the power structure as a crook and incompetent. The heroes of USS Liberty suddenly become liars, antisemites, and traitors when it comes down to the defense of the status quo. They also commonly use an antisemitic term for Arabs who themselves are Semitic. When they take sides on useless and baseless foreign wars like Ukraine and Gaza, again, at the expense of consumers and taxpayers, Everything contrary to the official narrative becomes a conspiracy theory, treason, and liable to censorship and slander. US aid to Ukraine has way surpassed the total defense budget of Russia, but who is watching?
All this is mainly made possible by the extreme sums of fiat printed out of thin air by the Fed. That is why the Fed, the power to print fiat, is so dear to the power structure. In the entire corporate media, you will never see, hear, or read about the fact that the big government and the Fed are responsible for all this inflation and cronyism. They would blame Everything and everyone, like the pandemic and the Ukraine war, for it, but never the Fed. The corporate media would discuss the impact of the Fed’s policies, like changes in interest rates, for hours and hours on every outlet, but never even remotely mention the effect of the printing of trillions by the Fed to finance the warfare and welfare, only to find out that even those discussions and predictions were absurdly wrong.
Envy is the reason why the ingenious and pretty much unstoppable crypto and Bitcoin movement has become a massive challenge for the entire power structure. Satoshi’s ingenuity has finally hit the nail on the head. It is hitting right at the foundations of the power structure. It is targeting to take away the power to print and the power to control. With his extreme skill and intelligence, he invented a technology that has all the qualities of Gold, but almost none of its weaknesses, which led the government to issue a fiat. It has thousands of nodes around the world that make it impossible for any government to stop or prevent the Blockchain, the infrastructure of Bitcoin, and Bitcoin is easily and immediately transferable.
Historically, money is the commodity in highest demand among buyers and traders. Bitcoin has the potential to have that favor as its share in financial assets keeps rising. Government authority is still a considerable challenge, but along with the Internet, Blockchain is finally showing the potential to realize the eternal dream of humans, Anarchy, i.e., no authority, and freedom from the coercive power of governments.
