What do non-profit leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and supply chain professionals in our region have in common? They, along with other business leaders, are making their mark in their fields. Regional business journals do a great job of recognizing the hard work of individuals in various industries who are striving to better their organizations.
Each journal has a somewhat different approach to measuring success at work. Some people tally success in dollars or promotions. Others count the high-profile projects that they’ve led across the finish line, or the strength of the teams they create. People who make their mark usually have to assume a multitude of roles. In addition to making sure their team hits weekly figures, quarterly targets and yearly goals; they manage and motivate their teams.
We don’t always have opportunity to leave behind a piece of workplace graffiti that says, "I was here." The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal recently released its “40 under 40” issue; We’re fortunate to have such a special group of talented professionals in the area. We are happy to have one our own on the list.
