It is a well accepted fact that children are reliant upon the verbal and corporeal examples set by their parents to develop behavioral trends, and a close relationship between the two factions is crucial in facilitating this. As social media and the online revolution contiue to evolve and revolutionise the way in which young adults communicate, so too the levels of interaction between them and their parents become reduced and less effective. This is a dangerous portent, and could be detrimental to the future of social conduct and values.
