So about a month ago my girlfriend and i had a 4 month kitten fall into our lap. Someone had abandoned him at the animal hospital where she wokrs for an unknown reason. We later found out its because he has lung worm. Thats not the problem oddly enough.
This cat is super active in the wee hours of the morning. Like just bat shit insane. Claws the carpet if we close our bedroom door, runs full speed through the apartment amd then jumps onto the bed where he will "attack" one of our feet and then runs off full speed. This starts about 4-5 am and just continues relentlessly
We play with this cat every night before we go to bed. We use a lazer pointer and the feather on a stick and make sure he’s laying on his side only able to swat the feather tired before we stop.
He is unneutered right now because its too risky to put him under hecause of the lung worm but still he can run around like am asshole
Anyone have any ideas so my girlfriend and I can actually get a full nights sleep instead of beng up from about 4am on?
