Isn’t it weird that government does everything for “Our own good” like “to create jobs“, but, its policies always have an opposite effect. Ultimately it turns out to be bad for us and jobs are lost, as a result of government interventions in market. Unfortunately, it looks like that in, so called, modern era the two basic functions of government seem to be welfare and wage wars. Both of these are done for “our own good”, so, we must be ready to pay all the price, in form of direct and indirect taxes like inflation or to even die fighting “for freedom” in wars. Many people seem to perfectly okay with this situation, and as a matter of fact they think that this is the way state of affairs should be.

While we end up with two party domination on our political system, they seem to be very smart about this trend in population. Silently, they divided these two major groups of population between themselves. One holds up the wars issue, AKA safety and security, and the other holds on to welfare issue. The group which thinks that safety and security is our number one issue, keeps voting for one party, while the other one which has their hearts bleeding for “people in need” keeps voting for other party, and both, so called, major political parties keep playing each other’s game.

Corporate controlled media channels, on both sides, keep inflating these two issues, and make fire spreading, guaranteeing the both parties their domination on political system in largest and richest economy in the world. Ironically, it is neither the continuous wars nor the welfare system which originally made us the wealthiest nation in human history. Historically speaking, if you care about historical facts about, at all, it was the freedom, individual right and free market enterprise which originally distinguished us from the government and elite controlled societies, around the world, throughout the course of human history.

The first constitution in human history which made it far more than clear that this country belongs to “We the people”, not elite, not corporations, not the government. Through a framework of first ever constitutional, democratic, republic it made sure that government is elected by citizens with ‘one person one vote’ principle, so that instead of ruling them, as the case was, elsewhere, so far, it serves them within the confinements of constitution, as authorized by the owners of this country, “We the people”. Once the level plain field provided to individuals who came here from around the world, brought out the enormous ingenuity from the “free and brave”, and build the wealthiest society in world, it became the center of attention for elite of world.

This was really a bottom up situation, for the first time in human history. Record wealth built by individual, immigrant entrepreneurial genius, became a point of great attraction for rich and elite, worldwide. Global conspiracies started to hijack the immense wealth generated by entrepreneurs, free of government extortion. As usual, the best partners in crime, who came really handy were big media and government.

The roots of freedom and free market Capitalism, associated with traditions like right to bear arms, were so deeply inherent in young U.S. culture that it was impossible to snatch that away with power, as happened in China, Soviet Union and other Socialist countries, later on. So, an indirect and gradual strategy was devised. There were mainly three points in that elite takeover plan:
1. Take over and control media, and virtually turn this industry into an oligopoly.
2. Take over and control political parties, and turn the political system into a duopoly.
3. Take over and control money supply, and turn it into a monopoly.
Buying, purchasing, integrating and starting up big media ventures began. A very liberal Hollywood turned out to be very handy, in this case.
Strong and rich lobbies were setup for gradual takeover of political parties. The goal was to buy politicians for the legislation that would kill smaller and independent competition in media, politics and money supply. The way these goals were achieved was with the help of tactics like using tax payers’ money for “their own good”. These tactics included but were not limited to:
1. Extensive licensing to “assure quality”, but, in fact, to make the entry of smaller competitors very difficult, and thereby limit the competition for big, elite media, political parties and government sponsored financial institutions.
2. Extensive taxation while assuring the tax payers sponsored subsidies and advertising revenues for big media, so that only smaller competitors are hurt by these policies, and the bigger ones can neutralize the negative effects of taxation through these subsidies and revenues from government related advertising campaigns or even turn these into a net positive cash flow.
3. Laws and regulations that would fever big corporate media, two major political parties, and government sponsored financial institutions.
4. Demonizing smaller competitors through big media campaigns and political rhetoric.
5. Create instability through perceived external and internal threats, and make people believe that bigger is better and more secure.
6. Creating regulatory authorities which would specifically target the small guys, and systematically provide cover-ups for bigger and elite media, political parties and financial institutions.
The biggest hurdle in this armed robbery of individual freedom and wealth was gold standard. It was due to gold standard that hard working people and entrepreneurs generated real and tangible money, and assets which were impossible to be stolen, taken away, and degraded or subject to indirect taxation like devaluing it through excessive money generation or printing paper money for, example.
My friends, it is the time to end this legal theft of our wealth. Read my lips, “subsidies are not for our own good”. These are legalized robberies on our money which directly benefit multi-billion dollar corporations. In true terms subsidies are “corporate welfare”. A well over ninety billion dollars of our hard earned tax money is going directly into corporate welfare, every year, and this does not even include the frauds like billions missing from Iraq and Afghanistan war funds, defense contractors enormously over charging the tax payers on their supplies and services, and trillions in stimulus and rescue packages, in addition to eighty five billion every month in Quantitative Easing.
