Clear Lice

With the kinda sorta but not yet announcement of the Diablo 3 expansion more people are coming back to Diablo 3. Here’s some information and helpful links that you can click and find the answers to your questions. Feel free to ask any questions you can’t seem to find the answer here and myself or anyone else able to will answer your question. This will be updated with more information as it seems fit.

All of this information is either listed on the /r/diablo wiki which you can find HERE or on the class specific subreddit. If you want more in depth information about any of the classes, check their subreddit and their sidebar

Here are the condensed patch notes with links explaining what each change means

Overall helpful tools:

Gold making from square one

Flipping Items – Flipping items means buying an item with the intention to sell it for more than you bought it. This isn’t easy and can be risky.

Max stats possible per item slot

Best farming routes currently

Diablo 3 acronyms

d3up – Breaks down how much DPS (Damage per second) and EHP (Effective health points) you get from each piece of gear and each skill. Great for comparing items to see if it’s worth the gold or money to buy the item. If you need help you can always send a message to /u/JestaC who is the owner/creator of D3up. You can also check out /r/d3up

diabloprogress – Great for seeing what high end items people are looking to sell and how high people can get their dps/ehp/etc (Note: Just because a person has 1 million dps doesn’t mean that it’s a good idea to copy them)

D3RMT – Shows different trends for the AH based on data collected. Shows if you should sell or buy or sit on your gold/items.

Power leveling guide – /u/MostlyFeralCat Was nice enough to write a power leveling guide (A bit out dated at this point, but most of it is still correct) to help you either get power leveled or level up your friends coming back to the game.
