I saw a great thread by /u/CoffeeandTV [1] last week about complaining about Comcast’s new data limiting policy. After looking at my usage I realized that I would be affected and immediately contacted both Comcast and Governor Deal’s office. After getting in touch with someone at Comcast’s corporate office I was told too bad we aren’t changing and you don’t have any other option. After doing some research today I found that the Governors Office of Consumer Protection handles complaints about internet companies. They will only accept complaints that affect a large number of people, not one consumer. Please help your fellow customers by filling out one more complaint and telling them how harmful Comcast’s new polity will be.
