Counting calories, passionate about treadmill, lifting weights – week 6 and I’m 40lbs down with 70 between here and underweight – think I will aim to lose another 40 and see where that goes 🙂
(Please don’t construe that as me wanting to be underweight, I just noticed it when usually I’ve been over 70 overweight 🙂 )
Anyway, I’ve never been a fan of candid selfies but I am starting to warm to them now I’m feeling pretty 🙂
(I also had my hormones balanced and no longer have excess testosterone, I have also cut carbs because I have insulin resistance. I forgot these when I made this post but they are probably big parts of the drastic drop so full disclosure and stuff)
