World has a very long history of monarchy, dictatorships, suppression and abuse of authority and power. No part of the world is exempt from it. If we have a retro-active view of major and well-known incidents of this type like Nazi Germany, Soviet Revolution, Cultural Revolution in China, Pol Pot, Mussolini and pre-French revolution Europe, the single most common thing in all of these worst incidents is concentration of power in one hand or few hands. People argue that this cannot happen to us or it is good for our security. Well! That is what everyone else thought. No nation has ever willingly handover phenomenal powers to dictators knowing that they would turn out to be so bad.

In addition to this, it is ironic, if you read the claims of any dictatorial regimes, they always say that they were doing it for people’s own good and safety. I don’t know any dictator who has ever said that he was doing horrible things because he and his associates were bad people. Our founders, who fought a very though war of independence against the most powerful colonial government of its time, understood this, very well. This was the reason they gave us a constitution which has a remarkable division of power and authority between three branches of government.

It is due to this wonderful distribution of power that we never had bumps during transfer of power in our country. We are one of the very few countries in the world which can claim that right from our inception, we always had peaceful transfer of power. What made it possible? You may want to give credit to different people and different institutions. I give this credit to the manifesto of our liberty, Constitution of United States of America. Same is for building the world’s largest and wealthiest economy, ever, in less than two hundred years. You may give credit to anyone and anything. I give that credit to our constitution.

Our founders understood that the power should never be concentrated in few hands. Living a family life, and working, I am sure most of us have a first-hand experience, how quickly power can get into someone’s head. Let alone the power of running the world’s most powerful and wealthiest country.

One benefit that we always enjoyed, since our independence, was that we were very much separated and isolated from much of the world. For most of the time, we were too far away from world’s problem to directly hit us.

Pearl Harbor was the first when an enemy was physically able to reach and harm us. It got us into our bloodiest conflict after civil war. Although government denied the claims for a very long time and labeled the claimers as “conspiracy theorists”, the declassified government documents now reveal that Roosevelt administration had prior knowledge of Japanese coming to attack Pearl harbor, and still they did let it happen because there seemed to be no other way to mold public opinion in the favor of U.S. involvement in World War II. Talk about conspiracy theories? So, is it the people, who are doing conspiracies or is it the government?

Abraham Lincoln is the first example of extra-ordinary executive authority, in American History. He used war as an excuse for that. After that it was Roosevelt. He used depression and World War II, as an excuse. We fought several other wars, too like Korean War and Vietnam War. But, nothing invoked a crazy response like 9/11. Government and media went bananas, driving us crazy, as well. We have already spent over a trillion dollars on War on Terror, lost thousands of our soldiers, government officials and civilians, over a million people have died, and have caused immense loss of property and business.
This unending war is literally bankrupting us. Isn’t it what terrorists wanted? Their primary goal, of course, is not to kill us. It is to destroy us, financially as a nation, destroy our way of living, make us live in fear, make us do the things that we criticize them for and take away our freedoms. We now have AUMF, NDAA and patriot act as the laws of land, we are wiretapping our own citizens, we are doing extra-judicial killing of American citizens, we are killing civilians through drone attacks and we are involved in unending wars. My question is, if we are going to turn into someone like them than what is this war all about? The difference between them and us is blurring day by day.
9/11 was very tragic. No doubt about it. But, the official 9/11 report answers almost none of the questions and doubts surrounding official 9/11 theory. Before, we just heard about Al-Qaeda and its affiliates. Now, we know far more than that. Can you really believe that these mullahs who know nothing better than killing themselves with suicide bombs can actually plan and execute something like 9/11? It is very hard for me to believe that.
We are searching black box from Malaysian Airlines airliner, months after the crash with almost whole world involved in it. Although very tragic in its own right, is this crash worse than 9/11? Did you ever hear about anyone searching Black Boxes of any of those four planes? Were we able to find at least one of those? What is so wrong with making the findings of those black boxes public? After all it is a very public event and has caused huge havoc in last thirteen years? What classified information those black boxes can actually reveal?
If the official theory is correct, only thing those boxes are going to reveal is that some crazy terrorists hijacked the planes and killed thousands of people? Do you find anything classifiable in it? If the story is correct, isn’t it already known to everyone? It is totally incomprehensible to me that it would compromise the national security, in anyway? At least not more than it already has. I certainly cannot accept that government did not find any of the four black boxes. Not even at Shanks Ville or Pentagon? There is is, in fact, no further damage attached to revealing the black boxes, unless the actual story is different from drama staged by politicians and media. Who knows, if this is another Pearl Harbor?
