If we are to balance the story, there is no guarantee that all of these reported cases are true, and there must still be a due process in order to determine who is guilty and who may be falsely accused. But given the evidence, we must consider that many of the accused are harboring guilt for their actions, especially considering the fact that over 80 of the original 233 cannot be located and at least 4 fled the American borders to Mexico and beyond. With these considerations in mind, it is imperative that these papers are released and the victims receive some much deserved justice.

This would be a travesty for two separate generations of minors, both for one which has already suffered at the hands of abuse and one which is left at the mercy of unpunished and unmonitored sex offenders. Not only this, but it would vindicate the Churches original handling of the situation and their ultimate ineffectiveness in dealing with the offenders.
