Right now on Comedy Central, the South Park episode "Go God Go" is airing. In the episode, Eric Cartman freezes himself because he is unable to wait 3 weeks for the release of the Wii console. This episode was referenced a lot when people on Reddit were talking about how hard it was to wait for GTA to come out, and it definitely seems intentional that it’s airing tonight of all nights. I just thought that everybody who is out at midnight releases tonight or isn’t watching might get a laugh out of knowing this.
