Unit 4 – The Rights of Individuals – This unit will look at what individuals’ rights are in regards to data, as well as how people can object to having their data stored. Unit 5 – Responsibilities of Data Controllers – In our final unit we will be exploring what the responsibilities of data controllers are. We will also look at the importance of applying with appropriate levels of data security and what can happen if companies don’t comply with these.
