Typing this on my phone so excuse any typos.
I felt like I was in a rut. Did a controlled relapse in NoFap, and I stopped working on my side hustle.
24 hours later I’d clocked up 15 hours of TV and only 3 hours of sleep.
Maybe I needed the break. Who knows.
But I eventually felt a lack of motivation to do anything. It’s somewhere we’ve all been. I was wondering what to do, when my head simply said:
"go for a walk"
Going for a walk has always been the answer for me. Whenever I lack an idea for a problem I go for a walk.
Whenever I want to be creative and optimistic again, I go for a walk.
Whenever I want to destress, I go for a walk.
Whenever I lack motivation, and don’t know what to aspire to, what I’m doing on this planet, or a micro existential crisis… I go for a walk.
If your feeling stressed, or don’t know what to do. Try going for a walk. The worst that will happen is you get some light exercise.
