We are in a continuous state of war, and I am talking about not just foreign wars. A number of those are being waged right here, at home. War on drugs, war on crimes and war on terror to name just a few. Unfortunately, in the country which is flag bearer of freedom and democracy in world, solution to every perceived, not even real, problem is a new war. This continuous propaganda in favor of too many ridiculous wars, “for our own good”, fueled by, massively tax payers funded, huge and ever growing military industrial complex and its rich and powerful lobbies, supported by sold out politicians and corporate media, has essentially desensitized whole nation against the notion of war.

Wars, military and militarized organizations, institutions and personals are no longer viewed as the machines of destruction. Many people believe that these are extremely essential for our own survival in this “very dangerous world”. Good luck, if you need a continuous state of war for your survival. Wars are not just immensely expensive, they destroy morals, ethics and national character, and promote and condone violence. Above all, wars almost never have a good ending, except for Hollywood movies. Innocent civilians are killed, families are destroyed, property is damaged, economies are shattered, jobs are lost and civilizations are vanished.

Citizens start to live in a continuous state of war mentality. States, governments and institutions increasingly become violent. Safety becomes, “more important than rights”. World perspective changes from โ€œall people are innocent unless proven otherwise” to ” all people are enemies unless proven otherwise”. This, actually, is completely in line with, and very beneficial to traditional religious approach. The whole perspective transfers into “we, the good” and “you, the bad”. Religions don’t want a world united on the bases of humanity. It wants us to be divided into columns, as this is the way God created us, and this is the way it should be. If you believe otherwise then there is essentially no need for Hell.

We can see this trend starting in here in United States during sixties, going up in eighties and reaching its max post 9/11. The new job of police is not to protect communities. It is to crash dissent. Dissent against a corporate run and controlled system. Even talking about things like constitution can get you labeled as terrorist. Ron Paul supporters, Libertarians and Libertarian party supporters are frequently being targeted. Another target are gun owners and gun rights activists. It is really scrupulous to label gun owners as terrorists while police is getting increasingly militarized with expensive equipment and training paid for by tax payers.

All these different proxy wars are often used as an excuse for more violent law enforcement, and curbing and suspension of constitutional rights. This is the text of Forth Amendment:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

This amendment specifically guarantees the safety and security of persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures. Since, it includes paper, the modern form of paper, electronic devices, are automatically covered by it. Searches and seizures cannot be unreasonable, and oath and affirmation which means courts are the only institutions which can authorize and justify searches and seizures. Courts have set the precedent of declaring excessive use of force as unconstitutional. But, in practice, the increasingly militarized police and other law enforcement agencies, federal, state and local are using SWAT teams far more than before and for purposes like student loan defrauding.

This notion of government at war with its own citizens and taxpayers, in so many different ways, is by itself very tyrannical. For example, first of all, prohibition itself is unconstitutional. World history tells us that no government has ever been able to stop drug use, what so ever. Our own experience with alcohol and other drug prohibitions has been nothing but disaster. Billions are getting wasted. It is causing serious violence and killings in Mexico and other countries. Lots of people, especially young black males are getting criminalized.
What these wars has given us? Highest incarceration rate in the whole world? Land of brave and free has incarceration rates even higher then Iran, China, North Korea, Russia, Cuba and Venezuela. Sounds like a joke? Isn’t it? Unfortunately, it is a fact. Lives, education and careers of millions of American are getting ruined by these draconian laws. These non-violent criminals and drug users are not just being incarcerated, fired from jobs and expelled from educational institutions, they are also facing a much higher proportion of violence from militarized police. About ninety to ninety-five percent of SWAT team raids are against drug users.
Many who defend this militarization, often say, if people stop committing crimes, stop using drugs and do not stand up to police, the state violence would not happen? Really? This is like blaming a woman or her revealing dress for rape or battered women’s behavior for domestic violence. This is the text of Fifth Amendment:
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
My fellow countrymen and women: Stop getting scared with boogeymen. Trust me, this cannot be happening by accident for over fifty years with an ever increasing intensity. These scarring tactics are the part of a grand plan, being executed by Illuminati for decades and even centuries. The sole purpose of these covert schemes is to deprive “We the people” off all our rights, and give a complete tyrannical control to elite corporations and people.
