Posting Job Description SUMMARY OF POSITION
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Recruiter for the Warner Bros. Recruitment department. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to fill position vacancies at all levels for Warner Bros. Studio Facilities departments. This includes:sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, processing background reports, conducting reference checks, updating and maintaining Brass Ring applicant information, providing weekly status updates to hiring managers, conducting internal equity review and preparing wage/salary recommendations and offer letters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of high volume entry level union and non-union positions as well as some professional level positions, which includes identifying and presenting top qualified candidates to hiring managers. Effective recruitment efforts will be conducted through social media, direct sourcing, industry networking, Internet, resume database, employee referrals, and appropriate trade and industry organizations.
Complies with and implements established search execution processes including, but not limited to:interviewing candidates face-to-face, distributing weekly status reports to hiring managers, effective kick-off meetings, editing job descriptions, updating applicant tracking systems and salary justifications.
Develops and executes recruitment strategies and selection processes for assigned searches through successful completion.
Builds and maintains talent and resource pools for high volume turnover positions such as Tour Guides, Security, Sales Associates, Janitors and Food Services. Responsible for the recruitment of candidates for all temporary positions within WBSF.
Develops proactive recruitment and succession planning strategies in close collaboration with business unit management and HR partners.
Administers and ensures compliance with union contract provisions when filling vacancies and promoting employees.
Partners with Recruitment leadership, HR Group Reps, and Compensation in recommending new hire and promotion salary offers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training required.
Approximately 2-3 years of professional recruiting experience or other related Human Resources function required.
At least one year of full cycle recruiting experience within a large organization is required.
A background emanating from an in-house recruitment function combined with experience from a contingency and/or retained search firm is desired.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute the full cycle of high volume recruitment activities.
Strong “customer service” orientation and the ability to manage confidential information.
Must be organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and anticipate business needs.
Must have strong business acumen with excellent follow up skills.
Must have excellent time management skills to perform in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.
Must be able to analyze resumes and determine appropriate matches for vacancies.
Must be able to target and source potential candidates for searches.
Strong working familiarity with social media platforms.
Able to work independently, prioritize and handle pressure.
Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal and communications skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Able to interact successfully with all levels of staff and management.
Self starter and innovative thinker.
Working knowledge of EEO/OFCCP guidelines relative to the recruitment process in a union environment.
Strong working knowledge of recruitment applicant tracking system, Internet, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
