As a matter of fact many of them, who belong to politics and media, are making their luxurious living, only due to the freedom of expression provided by principles of Liberalism.
It is amazing that the people who enjoy the rights and benefits provided by Liberalism, everyday, and would not be ready give up any of those, at any cost, under the influence of hateful propaganda from religions, and their extremist approach, dislike Liberalism, so much. Women’s right to work, vote, inherit wealth, wear whatever she likes, and divorce. Is there, any of those far right idiots, would be ready to give up any of these? Do they realize that in a religious society they will have to give up all of this and will have to go back to the set up in which she is a slave to male family member; her only job, role and purpose in life is to take care of home and family, and give birth to and raise children; she has to take whatever male family members want to give her and thank God for that; she will have to wear long and lose maxis and veil on her face; if there is any Democracy in that religious society she will not have right to vote; she will have no share in inheritance and all the wealth will be inherited to the oldest son or the male family members, only; she will not be able to work and will always be totally dependent and at the mercy of her male relatives; their dads will decide who to merry them with, depending upon cast, creed, culture, religion and financial status of the man and not on love, age, looks, sense of humor, and likes and dislikes; once married she will have to live with him forever, even if the marriage is huge failure.

Just set aside your bias for or against the religion, analyze your life, compare it with the lives in medieval ages and answer this question, are you ready to exchange this life with the life in middle ages? Do you really want to go back to the era of religious Barbarianism?

The followers of every religion of the world believe that their religion is from God and they are the god’s favorites. The others are considered as wrong and bad and it is the duty of every God loving follower to get rid of wrong and bad. All three of these justify the use of force against heretics, sinners and external enemies. While many Muslims and scholars may not agree, jihad in Islam is the struggle, including armed struggle to dominate Islam over other religions and ideologies “Fan sur na alal qaum il kafireen”. As quoted in Wikipedia article, “Religious Violence”, in old testament ” more than one thousand passages refer to YHWH as acting violently or supporting the violence of humans and that more than one hundred passages involve divine commands to kill humans”.
