This costume will turn you into one sweet little cupcake. The cupcake is made of 100% polyesters and is in a blue wrapper that holds its shape with a plastic hoop. The top is covered in pink tulle so that it looks like frosting, and it’s covered in green, blue, yellow, and pink sprinkles! To top it all off, we’ve included the headpiece.
