The reserve wines can be up to 9 years old each, and kept separately depending on when they were each produced. To properly blend Veuve Clicquot Ros Champagne, 12% red wine made with red grapes is added for flavour, colour, and balance. This gorgeous rose is coppery orange in colour, with effervescent aromas of strawberry, red fruits, biscuity notes, dried fruits, and Viennese pastries.nThese same notes are even more vibrant on the palate, opening up into sweet cherries and crumbly dry biscuits, balanced with wild red strawberries at their ripest.
