She’ll be wearing knee-length bloomers under her blue dress that is covered in flowers! Over the dress, she’ll be wearing a white apron with red rickrack along the lower edge. The wig is red and is made of yarn so that she will look just like a rag doll from head to toe! All she will need is a little face paint, and this costume will be instantly recognizable.??
