This unique, custom made Le Grelot cut throat razor was created for us by Thiers-Issard to match our customer’s exact specifications. The blade was made in the 1920s from Jacob HOLTZER CAST STEEL.nLe Grelot literally translates as The Bell and the quality and craftsmanship ring out from this razor. Handcrafted in rural France by Thiers-Issard, this razor features:nnSpanish NosenSatin finish bladenSpotted Oak scales, laser engraved with the Le Grelot brandnThe steel tang is stamped – 526/8 – with Le Grelot branding and ‘Thiers, France’nThe blade is a 6/8ths of an inch wide and is good for all skin and beard types.nThe razor comes in a Thiers-Issard banded leather pouch with its original red storage box and original black coloured scales as a backup.n
