The one piece dress features a printed rayon/polyester blend upper overlay that’s styled to look like it wrapped over a printed polyester skirt. A crinkle taffeta hem ruffle looks like a grass underskirt, and the dress fits with a hook and loop fastener strip and clear elastic shoulder straps.
