Le Contesse Spumante Extra Dry is straw yellow in colour. The nose is aromatic with fruit and floral notes that are reminiscent of acacia flowers.nThe palate is tasty with a balanced acidity and dry aftertaste.nThis wine is excellent as an aperitif and should be served at 6-8C.nWell made, fully sparkling Prosecco in a useful 20cl size. Le Contesse was set up in the early seventies and has a state-of-the-art winery in the foothills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
