La Pavoni PUB Volumetric 1 Group Commercial Espresso Machine Established in 1905, La Pavoni is one of the oldest and most authentic espresso machine manufacturers. The PUB Volumetric is one of their newest editions, equipped with the latest technology such as thermal stability which ensures a constant temperature, and pre-infusion coffee grounds which allow for consistent, balanced shots. This PUB variant is the volumetric version. Similar to the Manual version, each one comes with groups made with press-forged brass and chrome, and a vertical infusion chamber and pressurization system to help eliminate group dripping. The PUB Volumeitrc also comes with a copper boiler equipped with front-mounted traversal heat exchangers and injectors for each group. Additionally, each one has an anti-vacuum valve that eliminates liquids from back flushing into the steam wand and a mounted gauge that helps eliminate group dripping.?? ??
