Why Did I Make This 6 Week Fit Model Program? It’s pretty simple, if you want to look like Fit Model then follow a Fitness Model’s program. I used to be in your shoes, looking and searching for programs only to realize I was following a bodybuilder program that wasn’t in line with how I wanted to look.
