Made from 100% polyester fabric and polyurethane foam, this costume looks complex but it’s really just a simple jumpsuit. The graphics are printed all over and shaded to make it look like there are individual pieces working together. The foam shoulder pads attach to the jumpsuit with hook and loop fasteners, the same connections that fasten the jumpsuit when it’s on. The helmet is foam too, so it’s soft on the head and easy to wear all day. It stays on with hook and loop fasteners on the chin strap.
