Unit 3 – Recruiting people with disabilities – In this unit you will focus on the recruitment of people with disabilities, how you can ensure you don’t discriminate when advertising and receiving job applications and interviewing candidates. Unit 4 – Workplace responsibilities – In the final unit you will be introduced to workplace responsibilities when it comes to working with people with disabilities. You will also explore what organisations can do to make it easier for disabled people in the workplace. You will also explore safety in the workplace and what adjustments may need to be made when it comes to fire safety and evacuation plans.
