Hush Little Batman Hush was a great introduction to that Batman universe. When the comic came out in 2003, it was lauded for its stellar writing and fantastic art. Hush’s birth name is Thomas Elliot, and he is a great foil to Bruce Wayne, aka The Batman. Both had tragedies in their lives, but what they did after was completely different. Hush is a mastermind who is also an expert surgeon, and we don’t mean Botox and stuff. He is such a good surgeon that he can fool Batman into thinking he is a version of Robin! You’d think after 20-something years, he would let go of his grudge against the Dark Knight, but we guess not.
