We’re doing Chinese New Year Biscuits and of-course we had to do rabbits and coins to signify prosperity and luck! The rabbit, the fourth sign in the Chinese zodiac is known to symbolize elegance and beauty, and our delicious biscuits are a perfect match to that description. Our coin biscuits; known to signify surpluses and bountiful harvests every year, are crumby, delicious, and here for the occasion!
