Barbour’s iconic International motorcycle jacket was created in 1936 and became the most loved motorcycle jacket throughout the 50s, 60s and 70s. Always true to this tradition, the International Original is made from 227g Sylkoil waxed cotton, which offers an elegant matte finish and effective protection. The sturdy front zip is hidden under a metal button closure to protect it from the elements, while the funnel collar is lined with corduroy for an insulating effect and a luxurious feel against the skin. The lightweight cotton lining features Barbour’s signature tartan and features metal buttons to accommodate the optional Warm Fleece lining for great versatility. Traditional biker jacket details include a buckled throat strap, adjustable button cuffs metal buttons, the reinforced waist belt and the four pockets with metal buttons, one of which is the authentic slanted map pocket, designed to allow easy access while driving.
