A large format book that is filled with 260 beautiful photos of toys from this manufacturer. Barnett is a well-known photographer as is the co-author, Martha Solomon. The book also includes information about the history and output of this famous toy company. The book was published as a 70th Anniversary Limited Edition, llimited to 200 copies, signed by the authors, and included a die cast truck cab from the Oregon company’s first toy for use as a display stand (original price was $495). The limited edition sold out quickly and is no longer available. No trade edition was ever published. This copy is not signed by the authors, nor does it have the die cast truck book stand–it is an Author’s Proof and is so noted on the bottom of the title page in the space reserved for the number in the limited edtion. This unique copy is in very nice condtion, and is clean, tight and unmarked. The dust jacket in similarly nice condition with no chips, tears, or markings.
