This innovative panel has an idyllic view of the serene countryside printed directly onto the FIR coated surface. Using 900W of energy, this panel will be able to effectively warm a room size of 15-16m². As it measures 795 x 1195 x 22mm, it will require a fair amount of wall space if you choose to mount it. This is the most discreet option that will not interrupt your floor plan, and will provide the best distribution of heat. As it is a heater, it will get hot, reaching temperatures of up to 95°C. However, the efficient design allows it to dissipate this heat, meaning it won™t burn to touch. This electric heater also has an IP54 Rating, protecting it against accidental splashes of water. What Is Infrared? Infrared heating is a revolutionary new technology that will completely change the way you heat your home. It uses far-infrared which is a type of radiation on the electromagnetic spectrum. This is of course 100% safe, and even healthy for the body. The panels beam out waves of infrared, which is absorbed by mass within the room. The objects will then re-emit the infrared elsewhere to maintain a steady temperature that won™t be affected by draughts for example. This is entirely different to standard heating methods which heat the air, taking a substantial amount of time to warm the area. Convection heaters, for this reason, are incredibly inefficient, and even circulate dust and bacteria, making the overall environment unhealthy. Keep Things Simple With A Remote Even if your Wi-Fi signal drops out, you™ll still be able to control your heating easily thanks to the included remote control. This handy little device lets you switch your heating on and off at range, as well as adjust your goal temperature. This remote doesn™t have the same range as the Smart Life app, but it™s a great option for easy control when you™re in the room with your panel. It™s also fantastic if you™re not glued to your phone 24/7, or if you have people or guests in your house who don™t want to go through the whole pairing process. How To Install Our IR panels are incredibly versatile, and can be used in two ways. You can either leave them free-standing on a set of panel stands, or you can wall-mount them. Wall-mounting is nowhere near as scary as it sounds, in fact, we provide everything you™ll need. Simply drill the holes using the provided stencil, and insert the wall plugs and screws. All you™ll be required to do then is to hang the panel using the cross-hair brackets on the back. You can then choose to either plug it into a 240V mains, or you can ask an electrician to hard-wire it for you. With no moving parts, it won™t need to be serviced, so all you™ll need to do to maintain the panel is to wipe it with a dry cloth.
