Installing Our Heaters Being such a versatile product, you can install your heater wherever you like. There are two mains options in terms of installation however, one being to wall mount the panel, and the other to purchase a set of panel stands ” leaving the heater free standing. Wall mounting is the recommended option, and it is extremely to do yourself. All you need to do is drill four holes into the wall and then you can insert the wall plugs and screws which will be provided in the box. The final step is to slot your panel into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the heater. To keep your heater looking brand-new, all you will need to do is give it the occasional wipe with a dry cloth to remove any dust. If you find that IR doesn™t quite suit you and your home, you will be able to return your panel back to us. After the first 14-days, you must notify us that you wish to return your panel, and then we will provide you with an additional 14-days to send the item back to us. Please note that this will be subject to a small 15% restocking fee. We can only accept returns on panels with the plug and cable intact. Pay in 3 Instalments For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments.
