The song Electra Heart was first heard on Marina and the Diamonds’ second leg of her American Lonely Hearts Club Tour as an intro before she came on stage. It was originally unknown whether a studio version of the song would be released or a confirmed name of the song. A “full” studio version was released as Part 11 in her video series on 08.08.13. It served as the conclusion to the series of videos that made up the story of the Electra Heart era.
