This article analyzes the the growth of human mind, learning behavior and educational bias. Compares human creativity with prejudiced education from environment and educational institutions. Provides a historical and scientific perspective to this widely debated topic. Explains, why educational institutions fail to accelerate the evolution and growth human culture and why the mind grows must faster, and to the higher levels with minimum of restrictions and biased instructions.
