Do you remember campus before Lo Schiavo Science? The 80,000 square feet where the building and plaza stand was once a humble grassy spot. Today Lo Schiavo Science and its 17 classrooms, laboratories and certified environmentally-friendly design serves as the heart of campus. The building uses recycled, non-toxic building materials, optimizes use of natural light, collects solar power, and promotes water use reduction.
